Delivery Information

 

I make all my items to order and would be completed within 2 – 3 working days of acceptance of the order. Any order that isn't local would be sent first class via royal mail under 2kg £3, over 2kg £5 , once the item has been dispatched I am no longer responsible for the item and I will not issue a refund for any item that is lost through the post. Payment for your order would need to be made before any item is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any of my products you can contact me to return the product within 14 days of delivery. Once the product has been returned a full refund will be issued

Replacements

When you receive your products if any of the products are broken you would need to contact me within 7 working days of the product being received, you must send a picture of the product that is broken before I can issue you a replacement.
