Penny's Spangles is a small business making jewellery and other items at low prices.
I make all my items to order and would be completed within 2 – 3 working days of acceptance of the order. Any order that isn't local would be sent first class via royal mail free of charge, once the item has been dispatched I am no longer responsible for the item and I will not issue a refund for any item that is lost through the post. Payment for your order would need to be made before any item is dispatched.
